    I’ve been using my new range for about 2 weeks now and I absolutely love it! This range is replacing a Five Star range and the difference in burner output is incredible. The features and overall quality are fantastic. I like how the control panel and door edges are welded and machined rather than folded. There are no sharp edges like the Five Star. The oven capacity and broiler location are better in the Forno too.My only criticism is that it is largely held together with sheet metal screws. I found several that had come loose or fallen out all together. Reinstalling them I found many to be stripped out. Maybe rivets would work better? The panels are of a thinner guage sheet metal than the domestic competition too. I found this range to be an unbeatable value and would recommend it to anyone looking for high performance and pro style.

    Forno Beats Both Wolf and Thermador
    I have a spectacular vineyard estate property in Sonoma County and when I built the winery home I researched all the commercial-grade 48 ranges. I chose the Forno because unlike the Wolf and Thermador ranges the Forno has a true 8 burners with a removable griddle and grill. That flexibility has proven to be invaluable. Forno service has exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this product.

    Nice range But!
    There are a few things we don’t like but over all we like our range. The rubber feet on the burner grates have a tendency to fall off and get lost. And the reignite temperature on the ovens are set to low. I had to adjust the high side of the thermostat because they were set to low. Directions to adjust the thermostats is hard to find. The base around the burners is painted and should be porcelain. Also the ovens are short front to rear. All the 48 ranges we looked at could take two full half sheet pans side by side these can’t.

    Starting the Forno Journey
    Just got my new range yesterday so it is hard to give a good review. Thus a review to register the product should not be a requirement. the appliance. With that said the Capriasca Gas Range is powerful. It is important to keep the flame at the correct pot size when boiling with small pots or getting to a boil will be slower than you expect. Love the griddle on the 48stove and fact that it is moveable is a plus. Made my complete breakfast with it this morning. It took a little bit for the oven to get to temperature but it appears to be set well based on my oven thermostat reading. I have not used the small oven yet. All in all I am happy with my purchase.

    I love it this stove!
    It’s so pretty! The showstopper in my kitchen. The bigger oven is luxuriously large and the smaller one is big enough for sides dishes. I love the telescoping racks which make using it easier and safer to put in and remove large roaster for things like turkeys.I wish the simmer level flame had a bit less heat to it. Otherwise the dials give me a lot of versatility.

    Good value for the money
    I haven’t plug the range yet but is a see to be what I expected. What I’m not happy is customer service is not that great due to everything is email and never had anyone to talk to. I said this because my stove got damage on the side due to delivery people Forno did respond and send me the part the was damage by them but a took a lot it emails and that was annoying.

    I purchased this range for our large extended family. My daughter is a chef and was thrilled to see this in our home. It is so nice to have eight burners for our rather large gatherings.
