    Stunningly beautiful
    I absolutely love the 6239-48 we just bought! It is a beautiful piece of equipment but unfortunately after cooking my first meal the main oven will not operate without tripping the breaker. Hopefully it will be a quick fix.

    love this range. truly would buy again. But after only being installed for 1 year in our new home we are having issues with the second (smaller) oven not lighting or heating and a gas smell from the main oven if the venting fan isn’t running constantly. Even still would definitely buy again and hoping the company can help us troubleshoot these issues easily.

    Great stove but hot knobs
    The stove is elegant and fit for my needs. However the knobs get too hot when the oven is on. I cannot touch them without getting burnt. Hopefully customer service can help me with this.

    Good Quality but Oven Didn’t Heat Correctly
    Purchased a house and this gas range/oven was included. Range is great but we have had trouble with the oven getting to temp. The manual is a joke and references thermostat adjustment but there is no section included. A quick Google of the issue gave me a Forno video that I am going to attempt to adjust the oven with. Either way shouldn’t a $4K oven come with a properly set thermostat? It is off almost 100 degrees.

    Forno service was great. A foot was damaged during delivery and they sent a new one ASAP.Concerned now however one of the NG injection ports will not come out on my main burner it was screwed in too tight!I need to convert it to the supplied propane port and do not know how to proceed with the issue.
