    My initial reaction? Very impressive! It hasn’t been hooked up yet so more on performance later. My first impression is that the range is built well. Everything fits together well. The burners and grates are extremely solid heavy pieces. The wire racks are just as impressive and glide smoothly. Supplying 3 per oven is generous. The metal lighted control knobs weight of the doors action: extremely nice.I did a lot of research before I bought and this range has more power and better features than the other imported brands and similar features to the domestic brands… for half the price.All these features power and substance in most areas at an incredibly low price mean that there must be cost cutting somewhere. The stainless sheetmetal panels clearly feel like a lighter gage than the domestics (compare the overall weight to the others) which may dent easier. Also when I unpackaged it I found several screws at the bottom of the box. I also found several loose screws on the range. It is assembled with sheetmetal screws and many were stripped out and could not be tightened fully. Maybe a switch to rivets would be better? I am very impressed overall. This is a beautiful well built range. I love it so far.

    Emailed Customer Service & Got a Prompt Response!
    Although we bought our range a couple of months ago we are only now installing it in our new kitchen. It was tricky finding someone licensed to do the LP Conversion and we were a week out to Thanksgiving. I was wondering if I could still use the electric ovens before the burners were fitted for LP. I emailed customer service and got a response in hours! And they sent me videos for the installer! And helped me with my warranty registration. Wow how refreshing to have a Customer Service department that actually does customer service!

    Awesome value stellar presentation
    We love our new Forno dual fuel range. It fit well in the budget for the new home that we are just now completing. The two-stage cooktop burners work well allowing for a variety of simmering to boiling in large pots as in preparing crab and other shellfish. The ovens work well. We are able to adequately bake up to three medium pizzas simultaneously in the small oven. The rotisserie function of the large oven seems pretty cool however we have not had the opportunity to test it as of yet. The device is completely analog meaning no digital displays for oven temp or other indications. This has not been an issue for us. We kind of like the simplistic nature of the controls.The device has an interesting function Forno calls Magic Eyes where all of the red led indicators integrated into the knobs are automatically turned on when the kitchen becomes dark. When this first happened I thought it was indicating an error of some sort as our device has 12 knobs. I learned that this is an integrated feature that one can purchase a switch kit to remove the automation. We will purchase the kit as our kitchen is effectively integrated with our dining area and den. The lighting can be distracting if unwanted however pretty cool when entertaining.Our range experienced damage in shipping from what appeared to be improper stacking of stuff on top of it before we received it. This resulted in some broken grates and bent metal that did not affect the function of the stove. We are in a claim to replace the parts at this time however it seems that the company is open to resolving these sorts of issues in a timely manner.We would absolutely purchase this product again. It is an awesome showpiece for our high-value home.

    I can not leave a review just yet because we had to change out the orifices from NG to LPG. We were able to get all but one changed out because it is not wanting to come out and is stripped now.

    Love the range no instrctional manuel. I just baked 12 dozen cookies 12 pumpkin loafes and 8 dozen brownies. The covection oven is very unstable and I have no clue how to use the conventional oven.My Xmas treats were ruined raw or some burnt.PLEEEZ HELP!!!

    Beautiful meet my expectations!
    I’ve only had it for a month and so far I really enjoying cooking on it. The range is absolutely beautiful! The grates are very heavy duty. I’m still figuring out the oven’s baking temps etc since I also have existing double ovens in my kitchen these ovens seem to run hotter but I just have to learn how these work since it is a commercial range. The knobs do get slightly hot when the oven are on but not concerning. Any suggestions on cleaning the brass burners to keep them looking new would be helpful. I’m extremely happy with my choice and would highly recommend this range.

    Beautiful range fast heating powerful a bit intimidating with 160 BTU burners. Problem with simmer does not go lower and burnes rice or food requiring simmering on low heat. Maybe it is not synchronized correctly.

    I purchased the 48 in Capriasca gas range about three months ago and am very happy with it with one exception.The steel for the rotisserie stick is too flexible so it won’t turn with a large chicken or turkey. With that said I imagine I can get a similar hardened steel rod from a local steel supply yard but with what we paid I would think this would be a higher quality attachment.Other than that the unit operates great. It took a bit of time to figure out the best methods but now the food is coming out wonderfully.

    Quick Setup
    My builder told me that this range was the easiest to set-up. Most manufacturers have the person installing the unit put it together. He only had to put the grates and knobs in place.

    Still undecided until I get over the learning curve. This is a heavy duty product and looks great. I’ve had the stove installed less than a month. Only 2 out of 8 burners work correctly. I have not mastered the quirks of the stove yet either.

    This is a great range. The stove burners have very even and controllable heat output and the electric oven works great once you learn how each setting operates and become accustomed to choosing the correct settings for different foods and dishes. The overall operation and appearance is excellent and very worth the cost so far.We have had 2 issues come up recently and have just contacted customer service. We very much hope that the problems can be fixed to our satisfaction!
