Massive Iron Grill Cooktop
This gas range has a massive solid Iron cast cooking grill, easy to remove for cleaning. There are 6 burners sealed with a total of 83,000 BTU. One of them has double gas entry for the simmer cooking option. All others has single entry gas burner.
Spacious Convection Oven
With a 5.36 capacity Cubic ft. this electric oven has a black enamel interior, halogen oven lights, U tube Auto- Ignition, convection fan air circulation and Broil option. This oven also has 2 electro-plated steel oven racks.

First off.. the way it was packed and shipped was amazing. It arrived several days early and I wasn’t quite ready for it ,but that was actually better than waiting. We haven’t used all of the burners yet but I really loves the simmer burner. I melt butter in no time on it and don’t have to worry about scorching. Then I use the convection broiler on MAX and my garlic toast is ready in 3 minutes!!! I couldn’t believe it! I can’t wait to broil a lobster tail ! The glass door in the oven is also a major plus, my old DCS did not have one and it really makes a big difference, especially if you are learning to bake with convection, you can see how done your cake or anything for that matter is. I think we will be super satisfied with it. So far my wife and I both love it!

Great Stove
The stove was easy to install. It works well. The oven runs a little hot but easy enough to compensate for that by setting the dial a few degrees lower. It’s a great addition to my kitchen.

Worked for Two Weeks and Then Just Stopped
We were provided with the Forno Galiano 36 inch dual fuel (gas and electric) stove as a replacement through our home warranty company for our Dacor 36 inch range which was significantly superior iin every respect to this product and model. The gas burners on the Forno stove top worked perfectly well for two weeks after installation and then stopped completely. After a tedious amount of back and forth with Lowes the provider/installer who sent out two technicians who had never even heard of Forno they provided us with the contact number for Forno we discovered that you CAN NOT speak with anyone in customer service directly and that they will ONLY communicate with you via email. After much back and forth by email with Forno giving them every bit of data we could possibly provide AND providing a video they have finally agreed to provide some technical support. We have had the product less than two months and at this point without a stove for a month and are extremely dissatisfied not only with the product but also the (lack of ) customer service!

So far we’ve enjoyed using our 48 dual fuel range. The only worry is the stainless steel thickness. Our range has only been in use two months and is susceptible to dings and scratches. The rest of the stove is sturdy especially the grates.

Purchased 36′ gas range. I love the look and design. Its the stainless steel finish which matches the rest of my appliances that was installed in our new home that we moved into 6 months ago. We do have a small problem with the convection part of the stove.

Extremely good looking!
We just installed this freestanding range on an island. It looks amazing. Everything is well made. Came boxed like a bullet proof car. A couple of things I’m not super happy with are: 1. The venting on the back sticks out 2 above the countertop and the rest of the range. Wouldn’t be a problem if the back of the vent were covered in the same brushed stainless as the venting. Also the oven depth is a bit shallow. 16 pizzas don’t quite fit in the oven but we will manage.
