    I absolutely LOVE my Alta Qualita 6239 Forno Oven. I searched the American market and saw boring ovens from every manufacturer: they all looked alike and were cheaply constructed. I almost gave up the search until I found my Forno – and it was love at first sight.

    It is absolutely beautiful, made of utmost quality materials and engineering, and has very special features. It is also a very good price point for a 5 burner professional oven.

    It is heavy duty, has sealed burners, bright red lights that light up the kitchen at night, and immense grates that are easy to clean (though very hefty to lift).

    The cobalt interior is magical and makes me smile. I LOVE the easy pull out oven racks.

    The oven tends to bake at 25 degrees lower than the control knob indicates, so I have learned to just set a baking temperature 25 degrees higher and I have no problems at all.
    Technical support coached me to also turn on the convection fan to help maintain the proper temperature – which worked like a charm!

    I am including a photo of my Forno oven and the wonderful Mexican tile back splash I had specially designed for it. Together, they make my kitchen a sacred space.

    Did not give 5 stars as I have issue with oven burners going out after they have been lit. I am not sure if this has to do with how the door is closed but I try to take care and close slowly but at times flame still goes out

    We purchased this FORNO Massimo 30″ Freestanding French Door Gas Convection Range w/with a total output of 30000 BTU! It checked all the boxes for us – fully gas convection cooling internal halogen lighting telescopic oven racks wok-ring reversible dual side griddle air fry basket with rack zinc coated metal knobs with bezel rings pro-style door handles and easy steam cleaning feature. And is is so beautiful. We just purchased so we haven’t had much opportunity to provide a review on functionality. I’ll circle back after a few months.

    Massimo gas range
    Beautiful range without any extra stupid whistle. My only concern is that my convection oven doesn’t warm up to the set temperature. I checked it with my laser thermometer and it’s off by 50 degrees. Not sure what to do about it now. Stove burners are powerful and easy to operate.
