    We bought this stove because it’s dual fuel commercial style and ability to convert to LP. When doing the conversion one of the nozzles was in too tight and couldn’t be swapped. We called Forno and they returned our call the same day. After sending in some basic paperwork Forno (Guillaume) sent a replacement part to us in 2 days. Then he coordinated a local repair service to install the new part. We love the stove and can’t say enough about Forno’s exceptional customer service. They really stand behind their products.

    So far range has been great. a little deeper than standard oven so may required having gas pipe re routed in order for it to be flush again wall compared with other ovens.

    30 dual fuel range recently installed
    Looks great! Have only used it a few times but the burners are great and the convection oven cooks food evenly? I would give it 5 stars but the range came with scratches on the stainless steel piece on top of the temperature control knobs.

    Looks Great So Far
    Received and installed the oven yesterday. Love the look but the cavity for gas and electrical isn’t big enough so can’t get flush with back wall. Also one of the doors is slightly off so researching how to adjust. Quartz company is coming out to install 3 piece of countertop behind oven. Other than that super excited to use.

    Forno online was helpful to decide which range to purchase. It arrived yesterday and is beautiful! One burner is not working though so I’m online with support now. And also registering for my warranty. It’s a little early for a review. I think it will be great but only used it once so far. I’m calling it the BEAST because its huge and awesome!

    Beautiful stove
    Both cooktop and oven work great. Burners will melt my older plastic handle pans…. But wanted power and got it.Currently cook top( gas) not working and I am trouble shooting. Not getting gas but not sure if stove regulator could have cut off gas.
