The new one is also inaccurate though not by as much and given the treatment I’ve received so far I am sure that the issue will be resolved to my satisfaction.The gas burners are powerful and take a bit of adjustment in cooking technique but are a joy to use.The red LED lights on the knobs—and the little red nightlights too—are handy and a nice touch.The hidden lower bake element is also a nice touch and the convection fan is so quiet I had to check to make sure it was running.The racks slide in and out with ease and the space for grabbing the racks with a potholder is very convenient.I would buy it again and I recommend it. I did a lot of research before I ordered the range and Forno was the hands-down winner among affordable dual-fuel ranges.

    Lightweight panels are very easily damaged – be careful when moving. We like the roller bearing shelves with a pull out handle cutout. The wok ring is also useful to securely hold small pans over the burners.

    Beautiful stove
    So far I’m loving this stove. I haven’t had time to use the air fryer yet but I’m certain I’ll love it as well. I purchased this range from Amazon and it was delivered within a couple weeks. Communication was stellar. I’m considering ordering a refrigerator in the future.

    Beautiful range and works well. I have only 1 concern. The stovetop grates have to be 30 lbs each!! They are so heavy to remove each time I clean the stove top. Wish that had been in the description of the range.

    Looks great but haven’t finished setting it up. Had to run new electric and have gas line redone first. Adjusted legs and now it wobbles can’t seem to fix it.

    Update
    Got the oven hooked up to new gas and electric finally got to use it. This range is next level! Have had to relearn how to cook.only used oven twice so far but it worked well. Has a few issues to start but Forno made good on the big one. It wobbles a bit and they really didn’t help with that issue. Even with that I would recommend this range we really love it.

    Great Price for a Good Dual Fuel Range
    Overall I like the range. We haven’t baked in the oven yet since we only installed it yesterday and we’re required to leave this review to register the range. We’re having difficulty with the magic eyes cycling on and off all night long. On for 4 seconds and then off for 10 seconds. I’ll be calling customer service after Christmas to ask if they can tell us how to turn off the magic eyes or repair them. Otherwise so far so good.

    Great Value
    We have only had our range for a short time (2 weeks) but so far so good. Similar ranges would cost hundreds if not thousands of $$$ more. I have had to adapt my cooking style to the powerful burners but that’s true w/ anything you are not used to cooking on.

    Delivery was good and white glove service was as promised. However. After paying for installation the technicians did not have the supplies needed for gas hookup. So we have a stove sitting in our kitchen that is inoperable.

    Very good looking appliance.

    I absolutely love the design and look of my new stove. We ordered it from Home Depot and it only took a week to arrive. After we picked it up we had it installed the same day. I gave you a 4 stars rating instead of 5 because one of the knobs on the front of the appliance is loose and it appears that the stem on which the knob slides onto is not tight causing the knob to wiggle. I will follow up with customer service in an effort to get the issue corrected.

    Dual fuel range
    Only had the range for 2 days but everything is functioning as expected.Pros- Looks good.- Works well.- Heavy duty grates on top- Includes accessories.- Because there is no digital screen I was initially concerned that I would not know when the oven was up to temperature. But there is an orange light next to the oven temperature knob and as I hoped it did go out when the oven reached temperature setting. It then goes on and off as the oven temperature fluctuates. I could not find anywhere in the manual where it tells me that. Seems like it should!- Nice full extension racks.- Bright oven lights.Cons- Oven height is low. To get an average size Dutch oven with lid in the two full extension racks have to be in the very top and bottom positions.- Full extension racks are very tricky to move to a different height.- The decorative red lights that are turned on by a switch on the front panel are a waste and look rediculous. They should have put the cost of that into an auto on oven light when you open the door which doesn’t exist. You turn on the oven lights with a switch on the front panel.- No bottom drawer. Would be great to have a drawer to store the accessories.- Top grates are very heavy!- No specific air fry setting on the oven function knob.- The back of the range comes down too far not leaving enough room for my 220 volt plug. I had to remove the electrical box from the wall and move it down to get the range to push back against the wall. They only allow 8 from the floor to top of plug. A very big inconvenience. I was able to do this myself but expensive if you need to get in an electrician.- Stainless steel is not finger print resistant.- You have to install the oven handle. Not terribly difficult but a bit of a pain. Feels a bit flexy like it should have 2 screws per side rather than 1 per side.ConclusionAfter much searching we determined that there was no perfect range for us (in our price range) but this one was the closest. In spite of all the cons listed above it is a nice appliance and we would recommend it if it looks to fit your needs.
