    Quick response upon our inquiry of the issue. We bought a package of appliances that includes: refrigerator gas stove dishwasher and a microwave oven in March of 2022. There were several times that it didn’t start so we had to turn the breaker off and on then it works fine. Last week however it didn’t complete the whole cycle and left water at the bottom.

    But so far everything is good. They are very nice looking. They came very quickly. I would recommend Forno at this point. Visually the quality is outstanding. We have propane and it comes with a conversion kit. Delivery was not as smooth as I expected it be and the delivery service pushed back on the white glove service but ultimately unpacked the appliances in the kitchen.

    We had ordered our beautiful Forno dishwasher on two sites but they were canceled for some reason. After hours I left a message in there customer support chat section. We were so surprised when the next week we got a direct phone call from a company rep who apologized for the mistake. We were even more surprised that our dishwasher arrived within one week to our home in Cranbrook BC.     Great dishwasher slightly off on the color
    Great dishwasher extremely quiet. I called to confirm the range fridge and fridge would have the same finish and was told they would. Upon delivery the fridge and dishwasher are a metallic black and the range is a flat painted black.

    Works well for cleaning. It doesn’t dry dishes super well especially those on the small upper rack.

    Happy with Forno
    We purchased a Forno Electric range and i called Forno before we purchased and I was happy with the Quick response to questions. I think it is great that they send both brass and brushed nickel knobs and handle. Very Happy so far.

    New Forno dishwasher
    New spec home with Forno appliances. Attractive hoping they’re great! The rubber seals on the side of the dishwasher leaking but I suspect that is an installation issue not an issue with the quality of the appliance. I’ve reached out to Foro to get replacement seals sent so I can install them. I’m hoping for excellent customer service. Annoyed that a review is required to register the warranty. I’m always suspicious of 5 star reviews when the buyer isn’t given sufficient time to use the appliance.
