All orders averages from 7 to 12 business days.
Returns can be accepted within 30 days of delivery. We won’t accept after this. To contact us to initiate a return, you must send an email to info@homebestprice.com with your order number and photos of the item you want to return.
- All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and never been used or installed. For larger appliances, you will need to keep the pallet to return the product. If a product is used or installed, or does not have the box and pallet, it cannot be returned.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee. These fees are dependent on the brand you purchase:
– ZLINE: 15% Restocking fee
– FORNO: 30% Restocking fee
– Other brands: 40% Restocking fee
The courier will bring it into your home and open the box to check for damages. Please note, this does not include installation or haul away. Some brands offer this delivery like Forno.
We ship from warehouses all over the United states and Canada only. Stay tuned for more country to come!
If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept it and be sure to note the condition on the delivery paperwork. Once you have refused the item, promptly contact us at info@homebestprice.com. We will arrange to send you a replacement at no additional cost.
