Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

All orders averages from 8 to 14 business days.

What is curbside delivery?

All purchases comes with a free curb side delivery which is a delivery to your property,  but not inside your home, kitchen or garage. Please read carefully on each product page if it’s this kind of delivery.

What is white glove in-home delivery?

The courier will bring your order into your home and open the box to inspect and check for damages. Please note, this does not include installation or haul away.

Do you sell used or open box items?

No, we sell only new products directly from the manufacturer.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship from warehouses all over the United states only. Stay tuned for more country to come!

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please send us a message in the ”chat with us” in the icon at your bottom right. We will help you for a replacement or repair.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

Returns can be accepted within 30 days of delivery. We won’t accept after this. To contact us to initiate a return, you must send an email to info@homebestprice.com with your order number and photos of the item you want to return.

  • All product(s) must be returned in their original packaging and never been used or installed. For larger appliances, you will need to keep the pallet to return the product. If a product is used or installed, or does not have the box and pallet, it cannot be returned.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee. These fees are dependent on the brand you purchase:
    – ZLINE: 20% Restocking fee
    – FORNO: 30% Restocking fee
    – Other brands: 40% Restocking fee

What happens if I cancel my order & it’s shipped?

  • Once an order ships it is subject to a restocking fee.
  • If the order is cancelled once shipped, or the delivery refused, or turned around due to the customer not making a delivery appointment, the order will be returned to the warehouse automatically and treated as a return.
  • The customer will be refunded net of the restocking fee as listed above

What if I need to change the address once it’s shipped?

Unfortunately, there is no possibility to change the address once it’s shipped. Please enter carefully your address when you place your order.

Which products are not eligible for a return?

  • Any product(s) that is not in the original box with sufficient packaging materials
  • Any product(s) not accompanied by an order number
  • Any product(s) that are not in a resalable condition
  • Any product(s) that have been modified or installed
  • Accessories are non-returnable
